Highlights from our First Mental Wellness Workshop!

On June 29th, we wrapped up our inaugural “Mindfulness Challenge Workshop” organized by iRetreat Club, held on the 5th floor of the Siam Motors Building. We’re grateful for the support from the General Arthit-Phornsan Kamlang-Ek Foundation.

The workshop aimed to help the new generation reconnect with themselves and enhance their mindfulness through a blend of art and meditation. Participants enjoyed activities like Sound Healing, watercolor flower meditation, and Doodle Art, all designed to deepen self-understanding.

Back for Round 2: The Mindfulness Challenge Workshop!

On July 13th, we held our second “Mindfulness Challenge Workshop” organized by iRetreat Club, this time at Lido Hall 3. We’re thankful for the support from the General Arthit-Phornsan Kamlang-Ek Foundation and Lido Connect.

This workshop aimed to help the new generation reconnect with themselves and practice mindfulness through various forms of art. Participants enjoyed Sound Healing, watercolor flower meditation, and Doodle Art, all designed to enhance self-awareness.
